Using the service

You may use Backgroundly to process images that you own or have permission to edit. You must not use the service for unlawful content, abuse, automated scraping, or attempts to bypass usage and security limits.

Availability and results

The service is provided as available. Background removal is automated, so results may vary with image quality and subject detail. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service or control processing costs.

Your content

You retain your rights to uploaded images. You give us and our processing provider only the limited permission needed to transmit and process an image for your request.
