How image processing works
When you use Backgroundly, your image is securely transmitted through Cloudflare to remove.bg, our image-processing provider. We do not save your original image or processed result in a database, object store, or file system.
Technical information
Cloudflare may process basic network information such as IP address, request time, device information, and security signals to deliver and protect the service. We may record anonymous request identifiers, response status, processing time, file type, and file-size range. We do not place image data or file names in analytics events.
Third-party services
We use Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, security, and privacy-conscious analytics, and remove.bg for image processing. Their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies.
